Aseptic large bag filling system

●Equipment sterilization

Sterilize the filling valve, filling pipeline and filling room with steam and keep it above 122 ℃ for 30 minutes to ensure aseptic environment.

●Filling sterilization

During the filling process, the bag mouth is sprayed with steam twice. In aseptic environment, sterilized materials are measured by flowmeter or electronic scale and filling into aseptic bags.

●Packaging container: 5 ~ 200kg, 200-1000kg aseptic bag (standard 1-inch bag mouth)

● Capacity: 0.5-6 T / h (5-200kg bags)

●Metering method: electronic scale + flowmeter

● Sterilization method: high temperature steam sterilization

● Filling accuracy: 5-25kg: ± 100g (including 25kg); 25-220kg：±1%

?The key moving parts of the filling head are protected by steam barrier, and the filling room is protected by continuous high temperature and positive pressure to ensure sterility.
