This machine is made of cyclone pipe, shell body, pump, tube and so on, it can be equipped with multilevel backflush according to requirements.

Application fields:

Used for refining starch slurry, and removing impurities, albumen and so on.

Working principle:

It utilize the principle of centrifugal force, in virtue of the different proportion of all kinds of materials in starch slurry, under the pressure of pump, materials get into cyclone pipe, conduct circular rotating motion along with the direction of inlet tangent line, the generated centrifugal force discharge the high-proportioned starch from bottom, as for the low-proportioned albumen, O-fibers, water-soluble impurities and unreacted chemicals, will be discharged from over flow, so as to achieve the purpose of separation. Adopts multi-tube cocurrent flow and multi-level back flow in the processing.
