In the roller-grinder, there is wedge or gasket between two rollers, there is adjusting bolt on the top of the wedge, it’s for adjusting the granual size of the grinded malt; when the adjusting bolt pull up the wedge, the wedge will push the roller separate from fixed wheel, the gap between two rollers will become bigger, granule size will become bigger; when the wedge is down, the roller gap will become smaller under the force of setting bolt spring. If use the gasket, the granule size can be adjusted by the quantity or thickness of gasket, the gap will become bigger with more gasket, while the gap will become smaller with fewer gasket, and granule size will becom smaller.
